I have allergies to certain products, do you provide ingredient details?

This is a wonderful question! 90% of every ingredient we use to build a number of different products which make up our menu items, are in their raw form. This means that all spice rubs, sauces, dressings, toppings, dessert items, and bakery goods are made from scratch and this allows us to tell you what ingredients are in every dish with 100% certainty. For the few items that we don’t make from scratch, we can provide ingredient lists for you.

How much advance notice do you need to place an order?

Most orders can be done with a 24 hour notice. Call us to place an order, pay the deposit, and full payment is due at delivery in cash or check form. We can process credit cards through Square Up with a 2.7% processing fee.

Why are There are not many vegetarian or vegan options?

While this market is not our niche, most of our dishes can be done in their respective vegetarian and vegan versions and we are more than happy to fulfill that order in a customized menu.

Can we get a better deal if we order catering regularly?

Absolutely! Monthly, weekly and daily ordering can result in per meal discounts which will vary depending on the size of your order, and the frequency. Contracts are available for more consistent catering procurement.
