Founded in 2006, Catering AZ has established itself as a leader in the catering industry. We excel in providing comprehensive services for weddings, private gatherings, public functions, corporate events, and more. Our full-service offerings cater to intimate groups of 20, scaling up to grand events that serve 7,000 guests in a single meal (references available upon request).

Creative Content

Our desire to be “made from scratch,” stretches out beyond baking our own breads, making our own butter, mayo, mustard, sauces, dressings, stocks, grinding all spices from seed and bark, and more; it comes with an artistic hand in the entire presence and online branding in every way. Our website, branding, photos of food and events, video productions, menu items, recipes, and more were all created by our chef and catering team.

Executive Chef

39 years in the restaurant industry with experience in prep, service, bartending, corporate general management, restaurant ownership, catering chef, and entrepreneur. With 100s of custom built menus with a priority focus on offering original dishes, and some elevated classic dishes.

Throughout the early stages of his career, Chef was steeped in culinary traditions, beginning with his family’s esteemed Italian restaurants. Alongside, he honed his skills with experiences as a professional studio portrait photographer, excelled in website design, and emerged as a notable studio musician and published songwriter. These diverse passions, paired with his deep-rooted culinary and restaurant management experience, come alive in crafting recipes, curating menus, and producing captivating media for the company.
