Founded in 2006, Catering AZ has established itself as a leader in the catering industry. We excel in providing comprehensive services for weddings, private gatherings, public functions, corporate events, and more. Our full service offerings cater to intimate groups of 20, scaling up to grand events that serve 7,000 guests in a single meal (references available upon request).
Creative Content
Our desire to be “made from scratch” stretches beyond baking our own breads, making our own butter, mayo, mustard, sauces, dressings, stocks, grinding all spices from seed and bark, and more. It comes with an artistic hand in our entire presentation and online branding. Our website, branding, photos of food and events, video productions, menu items, recipes, and more were all created by our chef and catering team.

Executive Chef
39 years in the restaurant industry with experience in prep, service, bartending, corporate general management, restaurant ownership, catering chef, and entrepreneurship. Hundreds of custom built menus with a focus on original dishes and elevated classics.
Throughout the early stages of his career, Chef was steeped in culinary traditions, beginning with his family’s Italian restaurants. Alongside his culinary career, he developed his skills as a professional studio portrait photographer, website designer, studio musician, and published songwriter. These diverse passions, paired with his culinary and restaurant management experience, come alive in crafting recipes, curating menus, and producing media for the company.
