Root Beer Bar For Events

We had a fantastic wedding this week at Arya Reception Hall in Mesa! What made it especially exciting for us was discovering some root beer extract in our kitchen, prompting us to surprise the bride and groom with a cocktail-hour root beer bar. They were an amazing couple to work with, and it was a pleasure to surprise them with this setup especially after finding out the groom is a HUGE fan of root beer!
Our setup was simple but unforgettable: a portable bar, a club soda machine, and our root beer extract, which we combine with an all-natural simple syrup. But here’s where it gets even better… we add a homemade, real vanilla extract-sweetened heavy cream. Pour that into a cup with some ice and our root beer extract, and you’ve got something that tastes like a root beer float after the ice cream has been devoured! the root beer infused with our real vanilla infused cream captures that real root beer float taste, what a hit it was! The guests couldn’t get enough and nearly drank us out of house and home.
Our setup is mobile, easy to scale, and fits any vibe casual or classy. We bring the soda fountain magic with glassware, signage, chilled mixers, and even bartender service if needed. Want to spike it? We’ve even considered adding a little rum into the mix.
This was the second time we’ve featured our root beer bar, and we can’t wait to do it again. We also make other sodas, lemonades, and teas — all of which go great with catering for any type of event.
