  1. What areas do you serve? We serve the entire East Valley and greater Phoenix area, including Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Scottsdale.
  2. How is your catering priced? Our pricing is based on your selected menu, guest count, and sometimes the time of year or day of the week. Seasonal demand and holidays may affect pricing.
  3. Do you offer custom menus? Absolutely. We specialize in custom menus tailored to your event theme, dietary needs, and personal tastes.
  4. What is your minimum guest count for catering? Our minimum is 20 guests, but we can often accommodate smaller groups depending on the menu and services requested.
  5. How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance. For quicker service: 24 hours notice for lunch catering and 72 hours for full-service events.
  6. What types of service packages do you offer? Pickup, Delivery Only, Delivery with Setup, Simple Buffet Service, and Full-Service Catering. Each varies in level of setup, staffing, and equipment provided. You can check out our basic service options here, or explore our all-inclusive wedding catering options. Custom service packages can also be designed.
  7. What is your booking and deposit policy? A 20% deposit secures your date. Full payment is due 7–9 days before the event. We accept cash, check, or credit card (2.7% fee applies). We'll hold your date for 72 hours after quoting.
  8. Can you accommodate last-minute bookings? Yes. 24 hours notice for lunch catering and 72 hours for full-service, depending on availability.
  9. Do you provide all necessary serving equipment? Yes, based on your package. Disposable chafers, sternos, and utensils for setups; professional equipment for full service.
  10. Do you offer discounts for regular catering orders? Yes. We provide discounts for recurring orders based on frequency and order size. Contracts are available for ongoing service.
  11. Can you handle dietary restrictions or special requests? Yes. Many dishes can be customized for vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary needs.
  12. Do you offer menu tastings? Yes, private tastings are available for a fee, which may be credited to your event if you book. Schedule your tasting here.
  13. What is your cancellation and refund policy? Cancel 30+ days out for a refund minus costs. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable.
  14. Do you provide licensed bartenders and alcohol service? Yes, with certified bartenders, bar setups, and mixers. We'll help you estimate alcohol needs. Check out our Beverage & Bar services here.
  15. Are gratuities included in the quote? Gratuities aren't included but are appreciated. We can add it to the invoice on request.
  16. Can you provide china, glassware, and linens? Yes, especially for full-service events. We can coordinate rentals as needed.
  17. How early do you arrive for event setup? 2-3 hours prior for full service, 60-90 minutes for buffet setups.
  18. Do you need access to power or water? Yes, for certain equipment or on-site cooking. We'll confirm these needs during planning.
  19. What types of events do you cater? Weddings, corporate events, private parties, holidays, and more. Explore all our catering services here.
  20. Can your staff wear uniforms? Yes. Our team wears black attire or chef whites. Custom attire available upon request.
  21. How long does buffet service last? Typically 1.5 to 2 hours, but adjustable per event schedule.

  23. Do you provide ingredient details for allergies? Yes. Since nearly everything is made from scratch, we can provide full ingredient details. For pre-made items, we provide manufacturer lists.
  24. Are leftovers available? Yes, almost always. We package leftovers in disposable hotel pans during buffet breakdown. A release form is required for hot food transfer.
